We do our best to ensure all product descriptions, pricing and images are accurate. However:

- Colours may vary slightly due to lightning or screen resolution
- Minor Variation in size or design may occur in handcrafted or limited-run items

Ohh Sunday is not liable for small discrepancies once disclosed

4. Pricing

All prices listed are in currency Malaysia ringgit. Price may change without notice. Promotional pricing is only valid for the limited time period.

5. Shipping & Delivery

- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
- Estimated delivery time are subject to changes.
- Once dispatched, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping providers.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

6. Urgent orders

If you need an order by a specific date, you must:

- Place your order as early as possible

We will do our best to accomodate, but arrival date is not guaranteed.

7. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns only for defective items.

We do not accept returns or exchange for:
- Change of mind
- Dislike of colour or design
- Incorrect size

Exchanges are allowed only for the same design and are subject to availability, If the same item is out of stock, store credit may be offered at our discretion.

To report a defective item:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the order
- Include your order number, a description and photos of the defect
- Item must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed

Unauthorized returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
