We take pride in the quality of every Ohh Sunday piece. If you receive a defective item, we're happy to assist with an exchange.


Return & Exchange conditions

- Returns are only accepted for defective items. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on colour, design preference, or change of mind.

- One-to-one exchanges are applicable to regular-priced apparels only. Accessories, panties and bags are not eligible for exchanges. 

- All sales and discounted items (including items purchased during pop-up market, during storwide promotions and using discount codes) are strictly non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-returnable.

- Items must be reported as defective within 7 days of receiving your order.

- All items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached.

Exchanges

- Exchanges are only permitted for the same design and are subject to stock availability.

- If the same design is unavailable, store credit may be offered at our discretion.

- To initiate an exchange for a defective item, whatsapp +601112305105 with your order number, a clear photo of the defect.

- Once your exchange is approved, you'll receive instructions for shipping the items back.

- Unauthorized returns or exchanges without prior contact will not be processed.

- Return shipping for defective items will be covered by Ohh Sunday.


Q:  Can I return an item if i don't like the colour or design?

A: We're glad you chose Ohh Sunday, and we understand preferences can vary. However, we do not accept returns for reasons related to colour, design or change of mind. Please refer to product photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.


Q:  What if the item I received is defective?

A: We're truly sorry for th einconveneince. If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it at Whatsapp +601112305105 with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll be happy to assist with an exchange for the same design, subject to availability.


Q: Can I exchange for a different size or style?

A: We only allow exchanges for defective items, and only for the same design, depending on stock availability. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for size or style preference at this time.


Q: What if the item I want to exchange is out of stock?

A: If the same design is no longer available, we'll offer you a store credit which you can use anytime.


Q: Who pays for return shipping?

A: If your item is defective, Ohh Sunday will cover the return shipping costs. We'll provide details after you reach out to us.
